Bravo is the app developed and aimed specifically at people with intellectual disabilities. It is UNIQUE and stands out from other fitness apps on the market. In what way? The app offers clear instructions, is fun and uses elements from the game world. The biggest difference is that it is based on a reward system, i.e. external motivation.Ease of use and content have been carefully prepared in collaboration with various professionals such as neurologist, sports physiologist and PT, physiotherapist and trainer at Enkeljympa. The app has been developed and designed in collaboration with 7 different people who have represented the target group. This app therefore has great influence from the user group itself!
